A Sydney man received $400,000 by way of compensation for the injuries he sustained in a public liability accident.
Our client was jogging down a street when he tripped over a high piece of lifted concrete. Our client sustained a serious injury to his right ankle as a result.

Our client had to take several months off work and then returned to work on light duties. A claim could, therefore, be made for his past loss of income as a result of this accident.

The defendant disputed liability in the case and filed a Defence.

An agreement was reached between the parties for a settlement amount of $400,000 inclusive of legal costs and disbursements. This was an excellent result for our client.
