Our client was involved in an accident as he was driving along a major road in Chester Hill on his way to work. A vehicle travelling in the opposite direction to our client made a right turn across our client’s path, and our client’s car collided with the other vehicle. Prior to the matter being assessed by the Claims Assessment Resolution Service, the Defendant made an offer of settlement in excess of $600,000.
