Jayne joined GMP in February 2019 specialising in the medical negligence area. Jayne was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW and in 2012 was appointed an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law by the NSW Law Society recognising her skill and expertise in personal injury.
Jayne has extensive experience in personal injury litigation in the public liability and medical negligence areas. She is especially skilful in advocacy and procedure in the District and Supreme Courts.
Due to the large number of matters Jayne has conducted during her time as a solicitor, she has obtained numerous and important settlements for her clients. Her involvement in a large volume of matters means she has been exposed to a wide variety of scenarios, including catastrophic injuries. This coupled with her years of experience means Jayne can easily discern the essential features of a case. Jayne is also able to empathise with her clients and the position they find themselves in, through no fault of her own, and make the litigation process as stress less as possible for her clients.
In her leisure time Jayne is a very keen swimmer and loves to spend time with her husband of 15 years watching soccer.
