Emma Fitzpatrick graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Psychological Science) in January 2020. Emma then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Certificate of Legal Business Skills at the College of Law in September 2020 and was admitted as a solicitor in February 2021.
Prior to joining Gerard Malouf and Partners in March 2021 specialising in Medical Negligence Claims under Partner Ray Abbas, Emma had a broad range of legal experience having worked for the Department of Communities and Justice and as a paralegal at a Community Legal Centre.
Emma grew up in a small rural community in South Western New South Wales and is passionate about her community and working with people. It is this passion that led Emma to pursue a career in medical negligence to help people achieve maximum justice for their injuries.
Under the guidance of senior solicitors, Emma aims to continue to develop her skills and is always eager to learn more in order to make a difference in people’s lives.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys attending pottery classes, bushwalking and spending time with family and her pets.
