Rachel Mould - Law Graduate
Rachel carried out her legal studies at The University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in December 2016. It was during the completion of her undergraduate degree that Rachel realised her passion for the nature in which the law impacts on the health sector. Jumping across the ditch, Rachel enrolled in a Masters of Health Law at The University of Sydney and completed these studies in November 2018.
Throughout her years of study, Rachel was a volunteer at her local Community Law Centre. This experience truly exposes such volunteers to a wide range of clients who possess an equally wide range of expectations and needs. The knowledge attained as a volunteer and her exposure as a Graduate at Gerard Malouf and Partners has instilled in Rachel a determination to help clients obtain a favourable and fair result.
Under the able guidance of the senior solicitors at Gerard Malouf and Partners, Rachel is eager to develop her understanding and experience in Medical Negligence. This is an area of law that guarantees no day will be the same however Rachel continues to enjoy broadening her knowledge and skills throughout every challenge. As the firm has such a range of large practice areas, she also continues to attain invaluable knowledge in the areas of Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Accidents.
Having grown up in a rural area, Rachel is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys the majority of sports, with a particular interest in Rugby (Union), Netball and Tennis. In her spare time, Rachel also enjoys socialising with her family and friends.
