About Mariana

Mariana Sandoval graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2010 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2010. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Mariana has extensive experience working for both plaintiff and defendants.

 In her previous life as a paralegal, Mariana has appeared before the former Compensation Court of NSW on behalf of injured members of one of the largest trade unions, as well as assisted senior lawyers with dust disease cases in the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW.

She has also appeared before the Workers Compensation Commission, District Court of NSW and the Supreme Court of NSW. Mariana has wide ranging experience in all aspects of Personal Injury matters but mainly practices in Public liability, Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages (negligence claims against employers) and Superannuation claims.

In her spare time Mariana indulges in her love of travel, reading, fish keeping and watching movies with friends and family.
