"In December 2005, I had a very painful fall in the car park of a Western Sydney club, and endured injury to my right shoulder and wrist. This was reported to the club management who offered to pay all medical treatment if I signed an agreement not to take any negligent action against the club.

Photos were taken of the accident spot and taken to a solicitor in Fairfield for his valuation for a claim being lodged for negligence against the club. After 9 months with this solicitor, I decided I wouldn’t even let him look after a parking ticket for me, so my daughter advised me to go to Gerard Malouf and Partners, which I did.

Vrege Kolokossian said he would take the case and within 10 minutes of talking to him, he gave me more information than the other solicitor had in 9 months. It took around 2 years for settlement out of court but the result was worth waiting for. A good job done by Gerard Malouf and Partners."
